It feels good to be back, after being caught up so long with college re-opening.
Just last weekend, I was helping out for 2 days in the International Certificate for Bread Making
course at the college.
Pan de Sal: literally, salt bread?
Apple Cinnamon Bun: apple cinnamon bun.
Onion Fougasse: the secret ingredient is in my Flickr photoset.
Italian Ciabatta: or more affectionately, slipper bread.
